SEi12 4.4 Ghz or 1.7 Ghz???

Hello,

I just bought the SEi12 16G/500G/1240P

The website says it is 4.4 Ghz but when I start the computer it says it is only 1.7 Ghz.

How do I get it to operate at 4.4 Ghz?

I don't do any gaming. Only use the computer for basic office use. I want the fastest possible output. How do i get it from 1.7 Ghz to 4.4? Do I even need to take it up to 4.4? does it do this automatically if it needs to?

4.4 Ghz is the max frequency,it's automatic.
