SER5 5600H Auto power on in bios

Where can I set auto power on in bios? There is no instruction for SER5, and none of the instructions for GK,GTR,SEI,etc. match the bios menu in SER5.

S5 RTC setting only powers on device X minutes after power is restored, not immediately when power is restored. Is there setting to make it power on without delay?
