My new GTR5 freezes and stutters....TPM problem ?

Hello, my GTR5 5900HX is stuttering in daily tasks, keyboard and mouse are also acting up, is this a TPM problem ?

It surprises me because it doesn't happen to just one person.
Really, reinstalling everything, having to reinstall the programs, the licenses... if it's not the solution, then it's a potential waste of time.
Also, as has been said, it is a problem with AMD and Windows 11 that had to be solved with the Bios.
By the way, I have Bios 1.17

I don't know if downgrading to Win 10 solves the problem but if you google AMD Windows 11 freezes, you find a lot of articles explaining the issue. The problem is not that bad for me, a couple times a week for only a few seconds, so I am willing to live with it for now and hopefully wait for an eventual fix.
