Just recently purchased two SER 5 AMD Ryzen 5 5560U and I can't activate windows 11, both machines have an invalid product key. I have emailed support 3 times and no reponse. I also just looked at two I purchased last year and noticed that they have a vol license on them. Anyone else had an issue with product licensing?
