No login window on boot up

Today, I rebooted my U59 and the Windows 11 photo of a cistern came up with the correct date and time. I do not have a login window either for a username or password. I am running one program as a service and it is running even though I have not logged in. (As it is designed to do). So, apparently the system is working but I cannot get to the boot area to access the rest of Windows. Help.
