Boot from USB

I have MINI S, recently acquired, with win11.

I need to put win10pro 32bit on it, because of our old software. Preferably 1809 version of win10. I have the iso image.

I tried everything, but MINI S does not want to boot from USB.

I tried EFi/NO EFI, MBR/GPT every combination possible, used a media creation tool, and used rufus 3.2.

Everything that worked before, does not work. After F7, I got the menu, click on USB and nothing happens, coming back to the boot menu.

Any advice?
