Does Win 11 Pro license come with Barebone system?

If I order a GTR6 barbone system (no RAM or M2 SSD), is a Windows 11 Pro license still included? I want to expand the SSD option without having to buy a smaller SSD than I initially want....

Yes it is still included on the normal 32gb and 500gb ssd. On the barebone I don't know.
