GTR5 died

hi all,

today my GTR5 is dead without any signal.
I'm working on it as everyday, go away for 1h leveang it powered on, and when i came back there is a bios screen on monitor but keyboard not working.
Turning off pressing the power button but when i powered on there is no signal on hdmi, fan remain at 100% and led don't turn on.

I try to reset CMOS but nothing happened.
Someone have an idea that i can try ?

Plese reply to my mail.
A delay of many days is acceptable for first contact, but then, if for any mail exchanged there is the same delay is not acceptable. if 5/6 email as requested to solve one problem, the risk is that resolution take over one month, is not normal for after sales support

Sorry for your trouble.
Could you pls send  a picture of SN at the bottom of the machine and your purchase record?

1.Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.

2.Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 5-10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

3.There might be something wrong with the hard ware components.Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are installed properly.

Also please clean the gold finger with a rubber.Here is the tutorial  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEd_7nmWVOk  

If it still doesn’t work, please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS, please check you can see SSD there.

thanks for reply.
I'm an IT technician, so I have made a lot of test before writing here.

I have just write an email to Support-PC@bee-link.com with same object of this thread and from same mail as registered here, with SN of my computer, order detail, and a detail of test that i have made.

@davidri, Buying beelink product is a lottery. If it work... good, if there is a problem there is the slowest customer support in the world.
More than 1 week for replying to email. Solution found is to replace the computer, but i send the broken unit and it was delivered 10 day ago but they didn't ship the new one.
For now they only stole my money, i paid for something that i can't use

today?
package was delivered on 9/03 at 13.38, it is not today.
on 13/03 after my information request support write me that package delivered and ready to ship the new one... it is not today. Today is the 16/03, and i can share tracking number for support my words.
Please stop saving face on forum and make serious customer support work

Are you kidding me?
You say in every mail to have patience, but nothing happend.
I buy your more expensive product and stop working after only one moth of work. I return to you the broken unit at my expense and now after 2 month that i have open support ticket i have nothing in hand, No money and no product
You are a scam company, solve my problem or refund my money
