Hey, I have a SER 6 Pro with the Ryzen 6800H processor, which is a great little device. One question I have is that the system dedicates 3GB of the 32GB RAM for the iGPU, and I'd like to allocate more, in the range of 4-8GB for the IGPU. However, the BIOS does not seem to offer a way to do this. There is a menu item for GPU Performance but it is completely empty when selected. Is it planned to offer a biOS update that would allow this setting to be configurable?

Thanks!

Perhaps some useful information instead of rehashing the same ineffective steps. (ESC doesn't work f ...

On the SER 5 5560U the ESC key works to enter extended BIOS and DEL key shows all the locked items you are showing. There is a key combination for your PC, I am sorry it's not ESC key. You will need to try to contact support. Good luck.

try under Advanced ... AMD-CBS -> NBIO -> SMU ... (I hope that's right) but there should be a page there for your graphics config, audio config, and power config.

Yes. There are two ways to enter the BIOS. You usually use the DEL key to enter BIOS but on these machines that is the Restricted BIOS. If you want to reach the extended functions you need to hit the ESC key on boot. That will take you into the Unrestricted BIOS and you can make the changes.

BIOS 1.11 has GPU memory allocation features. (BIOS, not the EC firmware). I purchased 3 of these units and one came with BIOS 1.11, EC 1.11, and the other two had BIOS 1.09, EC 1.09. The one with 1.11 had a GPU option on the same page with the CPU settings as another item (I think it was above the 'Memory' item. I'll try to take a picture.) Either way, it is possible to allocate up to 8GB of dedicated system RAM for the APU/iGPU on that system. Having said that, I haven't been able to obtain 1.11 BIOS to update the other two units and waiting on BeeLink to respond to my request (given that it's the weekend, I'll give them some business days). That should fix my other two units. (SER6 6800h).

Hey, thanks for all the attempted help everyone!

@Cleariati: are you sure ESC is the right key to get into the unlocked BIOS? No amount of mashing it from either a reboot or powered off situation does anything; I have no problem getting into the locked BIOS via DEL and the boot manager via F7.

My BIOS is indeed v1.09 (oddly, EC firmware is v1.08).

Okay you got into the BIOS ... now hit the right arrow key... It should change to Avanced ... with a long list of options.
Use the up and down arrows and Enter key to navigate as I told you ... AMD CBS -> NDIO -> SMU -> GFX
That will take you to the screen Clearati shows you.
To go back one step press ESC.
Then when you're done changing things simply press F4 to save and restart.
