Finger Print Scanner / GTR6

Anybody had any luck in Windows 11 getting this thing to work consistently?
It seems to work when it wants to.
On a cold boot, no joy, then on restart, mostly fine.
Very strange.

I am assuming driver related - ie. we need these looked at and updated?

My scanner just automatically detects "nothing" as a print and logs me straight in. It's malfunctioning but I don't care as I have no security issues and so the whole logging-in process is a waste of my time anyway!

Its not a major issue for me, but I wish it was consistent.
Clearly problems then.
