New U59 Pro not booting

Just received ma new U59 Pro and it will not start at all. I can hear the fan running but it stops after about 1 minute. Nothing appears on screen. Tried accessing bios by pressing ‘delete’ but got nothing.

Any ideas?

Never mind. I’m going to return it. Not worth my time. Very disappointed.

I am experiencing this issue as well. If the computer starts from completely powered off (power plug pulled) then I insert it it will generally give be the Bios prompt and will boot, but if I am inside Windows already and have to do a restart for an OS/Driver update, I get stuck in continuous restarts without visual prompts. When I pull the power plug and let it sit for a minute and plug it back in it will boot normally. I have already disabled hibernate and sleep modes and disabled fast boot but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Any suggestions?
