SER5 5560u TDP settings

So I ran some benchmarks and feel I may be leaving performance on the table, can anyone explain how to change the TDP to 25w vs the default 15w, and also what are other people getting for cinebench scores on their systems? I checked the bios and didn't see how to adjust this. I got 6857 multi and 1263 single core results.

In the BIOS ... Advanced-> AMD CBS  -> NBIO ->SMU options.  Set Smart shift to Auto then set your power in the setting below.

Any idea how to change this on the SER3? the NBIO has no SMU option
