Are these voltages normal?

Just recovered my U59 Pro after an issue with the RAM. Ran AIDA64 for a while and noticed this with stock BIOS settings. The voltages are all over the place. 5V is at 6+. 12V is at 14:

This is what it looks like after some stress testing and limiting PL to 14000 and the cores to 2400MHz:

So... is this normal? Or is this why ive had to replace both the RAM sticks that came with my device?

(Please dont "moderate" me - its hard enough to find help with your devices as it is and i mean you no ill will, i just need help. Thank you in advance.)

I am a retired IBM Tech. and have only been answering questions because I'm bored and Beelink doesn't really support their clients. This is my advice - if the computer works and you enjoy it then use it. If it's overheating and acting goofy then send it back. Your CPU regulates it's own power and isn't going to over-volt itself.

Your core voltages dynamically change with the processor speed - that is completely normal. If you put the cpu under heavy load it will require more power when the load decreases it requires less.

Did you read what i wrote? Im not so interested in the CPU core voltage, its the 12V and 5V rails im asking about. The CPUs voltage is controllable, those rails are not.

Ive read elsewhere on this forum - it wasnt regarding the U59 Pro, but a media box - that normal operational voltage for the main rail is 12-13.8V.

If thats the case than there seems to be a problem.

And anyway youd need to completely disable the stock PL overrides to get Intels advertized performance at 1.125V. At stock settings its showing 1.7V+. Thats a crazy difference in my opinion too.

Would someone from Beelink weigh in here? Im not keen on even turning the device on at the moment...

12v devices are usually between 12v and 14v it wont hurt anything and is normal. You seem to be getting worked up over nothing. The chances of a Beelink Tech answering with any coherent response is next to zero. They average about 5 answered questions a week in this forum and it takes them more than a week to answer email. If you feel uncomfortable with the PC then send it back. In the mean time you should read up on DC Converter fault tolerance.

Im having trouble replicating the results seen in the stress test result for some reason, though it should be working.

I also cant figure out how to set memory speed, only max speed and gear... if you know and do pay attention in these forums mb you could help?

Do you know if Beelink publish any mobo schematics? Id love to know where the service contacts are...

I notice im getting different sensor reading from the BIOS, HWInfo and AIDA. All show the processor at 1.7+ though.

I also noticed a single core speed of 3100MHz with PLs enabled... Hmm.
