SEi8 8G/500G/8279U - Bluetooth woes

Good day All


I recently got a SEi8 8G/500G/8279U - running with newest version of windows 11


The issue i'm having is tough to figure out. I have a bluetooth speaker connected to the PC, works fine, however my bluetooth headphones will connect but then I don't hear any sound. I have googled the issue, performed every recommended suggestion such as


Driver Update
Remove and Reinstall
auto start bluetooth services etc etc

nothing seems to be working, any ideas would be helpful.

also, the same headphones work as normal on my lenovo laptop on windows 10

Sorry for the trouble. Don't worry, the PC has one-year warranty.
Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC?

Please right click window--click “”setting“---Sound----more sound setting --click "playback"--right click speaker---properties--controller information ---properties---update the driver. You also need to check if the speakers is disabled or not in the  playback setting.
