You don't seem to have any technical skills. You keep sending people the wrong drivers.
There is NO Realtek ALC269 in these computers.

The Audio IC is Realtek ALC897
There is NO ETU831 Fingerprint scanner
There is no Unknown Device matching the driver in the Unknown Device folder
You are not helping people - you are confusing people and sending the wrong drivers.
You made similar mistakes in the Image ISO of Windows 11 you keep sending people.

Nope. The 5560U pc's this company sells are full of bugs and hardware issues. I noticed shortly after receiving 2 defective SER 5 5560U machines from Beelink that they do not have anything listed for this PC and the drivers. Tech support sends file download links but are for the wrong computers. They released two CPU versions on what appears to be the same defective motherboards. I have tried to remain hopeful that they would correct this issue and release a properly functioning BIOS but they haven't. The onboard sound chip is a Realtek ALC897 but there's no way to install the correct driver (Beelink keeps sending people the ALC269 driver). There's no way to get anything but stereo out of the HDMI ports which means Dolby, DTS and surround sound do not function. You would think a company who claims to be a world leader and #1 mini PC retailer on Amazon would make better machines.

Your response is incoherent. It has no meaning in English. Because there is no correct drivers for the Realtek it breaks the HDMI link and Encoding. Your company knows these computers are defective, you knew as soon as you realized the USB-C Video was not working.

Device HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0897&SUBSYS_1022C950&REV_1004\5&95193f2&0&0001 requires further installation.

The term "Requires further installation" = Broken.

What issues are you having? Got me worried, mine is working flawlessly out of the box, just had to install the Ryzen drivers and that's it for me? Should I be worried, or is this only an issue if you try to install an alternative OS?

So, I have the same mini-pc AMD ryzer9 blah blah, my PC isn't missing jack squat it takes a little college know how and a brain cell if u can't locate the driver's chip sets installer the Vulcan, gpiu amd driver's then this website has a faq and 1 of those support people and AMD has detailed information, like AMD software adrenaline addiction that's first thing u should look into, then make sure all the driver's, chipsets, have been wizard installed, then if ur still having issues and u think it a hardware issue take it into staples and let them run a free diagnostic test. Im still trying to tweak mine to game faster n cooler than my Xbox x/s, realteck driver's exists on this PC it's got a pretty dashboard app. Now I'm having real problems idk what overclucking does or why AMD dashboard n Xbox 4 PC dashboard come up at the same time and u can't see the screen. Lol get with the program guys it's not hard.
