The RZ608 card is definitely not even a potential candidate for the 8th wonder of the world, however, you can get the latest drivers from the M$ site;

RZ608 WiFi Drivers --- MediaTek, Inc. - Net - 3.3.0.662
RZ608 Bluetooth Drivers --- Mediatek Inc. - Bluetooth - 1.930.0.230

https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=RZ608

(download, unzip the .cab files... using device manager, update drivers, look for drivers in your download folder, etc...)

I hope it helps!

p.s.- My machine is GTR5 5900HX but your machine uses same drivers. I recently updated the drivers but mostly because I like to keep machine updated. I have updated both drivers although I only keep Bluetooth active (WiFi-6E is slower than an old WiFi-5 AC even N)...

Hello,
Could you turn on the machine and re-plug the wireless network card?
And could you please send me an image of the SN code? Maybe need to upgrade the driver.

I don't even know what tech support's brilliant answer was supposed to mean. You have a Mediatek RZ608 Wifi / Bluetooth module and they aren't very good. You can try to install an updated driver but that probably wont solve your issues. You can go to Device Manager and remove the device and reboot - Windows will re-install the current driver. The other option is to replace it with an Intel AX210 module.
