Crucial MX500 2tb SATA SSD - not recognized

Hello,


I just received my GT5 today. I tried adding a brand new Crucial MX500 (2.5 inch) 2TB SSD as per the instructions.
The PC does not recognize the disk and no additional disk shows up once I login.

I cannot even see this disk in the BIOS. I have also tried setting "All SATA Devices" in the BIOS and I see have an issue.

Is there something I need to configure? or am I not doing something right?
