Hi,

I just bought SER5 Mini PC AMD Ryzen 5 5560U, i am not able to find auto power on or WOL option in BIOS, i even emailed your support.

how can i find auto power on and WOL?

These computers are defective. I can promise your CMOS battery was dead when you opened the box. Now try to get surround sound to work - yeah that doesn't work either. You know the USB C that the manual says supports Video? That doesn't work either. Wait until you need to reinstall Windows - You will NEVER get Realtek audio to install on any operating system - even though it has the chip. My advice is refund the machine before it's too late.

The SER 5 5560U computers are defective. I have tried to contact people at your company many times. They are shipped with force installed drivers. Windows does not recognize the Realtek audio chips. HDMI does not bitstream so no surround sound. They BSOD often, shutdown unexpectedly, do not restart without unplugging the power and plugging back in. I am a systems engineer and a really smart person. Don't insult my intelligence with useless antidotes about using your infected software and drivers or suggesting I need a new cable. Also, don't act like you don't know they are defective. I have 2 that have the exact same problems.

I am having the 'does not restart until replugging power' problem Cleariati is having with 5560U machine. I have hardly used the machine but it seems like it happens after a long sleep period and maybe the machine has tried to enter hibernation mode. Has anyone found a fix for this problem? Thank you.

There's no fix. And did you notice after I stated a list of problems I have experienced the response from Tech Support was "What's wrong with your computer?" The computers should run perfectly out of the box but they don't. You could get better tech support from a cashier at Starbucks. They sent me an email with a link to download drivers for a completely different computer.

You can make usb stick with windows media creation tool and install it then install the drivers from AMD. Is better to clean install than use an image, this is my personal opinion.
