SEi12 problem with Microsoft Store

I have a brand new SEi12 1235U running WIN11pro, and I have a problem with Microsoft Store. Apparently, the app does not exist in my system, and, even trying everything Microsoft suggests on this matter, I cannot install it. Could be some kind of hardware incompatibility, because I am running WIN11 on other devices, and I have no problems. As you can imagine, not being able to download apps from the store is very inconvenient. Please help.

So, you do not have the Microsoft Store app at all?  Did you look in Start / All Apps? or Settings / Apps / Installed Apps?
