I have 1 tv and 1 monitor which I used to use with my old desktop. There were no issues until I decided to change the old PC to Beelink.
Everything works great when I use single display but when I plug in both HDMI cables, one of two things happen. I am using Windows 11 and all drivers are up to date.
1) If I plug in the monitor in the left HDMI and the TV on the right HDMI, windows does not detect the TV. I don't even have the option to use multiple display. The monitor works fine.
2) If I pluig in the monitor in the right HDMI and the TV on the left HDMI, windows does detect both displays. The TV display works fine but the monitor display is flashing every 1 second and it's stuck at 640 x 480. When I try to change the display setting of the monitor, it's greyed out and I cannot change anything.
Is there a physical defect with the machine? or do I need to download a special software to make this work? Please help, thank you.
