My U59 does not output through the front headphone jack.

My HDMI monitor with built in speakers has sound though.

I have been through I have tried setting, devices, drivers , etc.   Any suggestions?

Hello,
Could you send us a picture of SN at the bottom of the machine?
If there are yellow mark in your device manager?
Could you try to change another headphone to try?

I have the exact same issue and so far was told to reload the driver.
But the problem is the Realtek audio driver does NOT even show up under device manager, and "scan for new hardware" does not detect it either. So its not like I can fix the driver when the Beelink does not even see it in the first place.
I did remember it worked when I first plug it in. But after a bunch of auto update after activating the machine, then that audio driver simply disappear and gone forever.
The only audio driver that works right now is the one for the Dell monitor with built in speakers.

I have assembled my own systems from parts and install Windows on countless PC. So definitely not a rookie !

Same issue here, audio is ok through HDMI but nothing comes out of the headphone jack (it was working. fine a few days ago).
The audio driver is not listed under the device manager as well

It's not just the U59 having this issue, it seems to be all of the computers recently released by Beelink. The only response from this company is to offer an incorrect driver for a chip version not even present in these machines. They have taken some garbage shortcuts and are knowingly selling defective computers.

For whatever it's worth, my headphone audio worked fine until Windows Update broke it.  I reinstalled the original software (support emailed me a link after sending a photo of the model/serial sticker) and it worked again.  I'm blocking updates now.
