GTR5 graphics incompatibility message

A message box comes up periodically onscreen saying theb graphics driver is not compatible.
On checking via Device Manager I read the following comment.

        Device PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_1638&SUBSYS_01231002&REV_C4\4&12c9051d&0&0041 had a problem starting.

        Driver Name: oem35.inf
        Class Guid: {4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}
        Service: amdwddmg
        Lower Filters:
        Upper Filters:
        Problem: 0x0
        Problem Status: 0xC00000E5

Under Graphics Properties it states
        Device configured (oem35.inf)
        Device not started (amdwddmg)

Is the amdwddmg service not required?
Why then does the message periodically return onscreen saying that the graphics driver is not compatible?

It also states
        (a)that the best driver is selected.
        (b)that the device is working properly.

I have been through the update driver procedure but the messages are repeated.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so, can you please help me to resolve it?

You have same driver as me. For whatever reason, the amdwddmg service has an issue.

Try disabling the AMD Crash Defenser Service, reboot then try to replicate the issue.  I hope it helps. Let me know.

What version of the AMD chipset software do you have installed?

Go to installed apps and look for the AMD chipset software. Underneath the name is a number. Which one?
