Hello all
I have had a Beelink SER4 4700 mini-PC for a couple of months.
All of a sudden, I've been getting BSOD after BSOD.
The BSODs usually have different messages, it's not the same one. I was playing a video game on low-medium settings before it happened. Although it has crashed on some Java websites...
I have reset Windows 11, to factory settings. Did not work.
I have also tried:
- unplugging everything and putting everything back, making sure it's all secure
- taking one module out and just trying the other
- ran memtest86+, passed
- various things with the command prompt in the "advanced recovery" page (e.g. chkdsk, which didn't find anything, & I've backed up my data using xcopy)
- antivirus found nothing wrong with system
bsod messages include:
BEX64 (ntdll.dll)
MoAppCrash
ntdll.dll
I tried to un install and re install the dll but got an error " Not a valid DLL"
How can I repair Windows? I don't think I have any activation key if I wanted to do a totally clean install on a new drive. Also, I don't have another PC to create a bootable USB
I haven't touched the BIOS. Is this a hardware fault or a software problem?
Has this happened to anyone else with this on the 4700 mini-PC? Does anyone have any good advice for me to be able to enjoy my Mini PC experience??
Thanks in Advance!!!
