Bios or graphics driver update?

This machine wont recognize a second screen through hdmi. It was sold as a dual screen capable machine but i tried many hdmi cables and many intel drivers but my second monitor won’t be recognized. Can you help? Is there an updated bios or a graphics driver i should use?

Hello,
Could you send us a picture of SN at the bottom of the machine?
Have you change another HDMI port?
Maybe it'd incompatible.
