I have a U59v1 that only displays 4k/30Hz. I used the drivers on the beelink website and i've also tried using intel's newest drivers with no success. Does anyone have a solution to this?
Sorry for the trouble.
1. Please make sure that your monitor supports 4K 60Hz.
2. Please send us a picture of your SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of your graphic driver version.
The monitor model is Samsung LU28R550UQNXZA and it does support 60Hz. I tested the monitor on our other computers and it works fine. Thank you for your help.
