1st slot supports SSD NVMe M.2 2280 but 2nd slot is SSD SATA III M.2 2280 and the enclosure accepts a SSD SATA III 2.5"

In other words, M.2 2280 NVMe PCI3/4 won't work in 2nd slot is SSD SATA III M.2 2280

I hope it helps!

Thank you so much, very helpful.  They should have your reply in the data sheet but they left it unnoticed.  I will buy the correct type.

Is 2TB the maximum per socket or is it for the total storage for the two sockets?

Does the machine support up to 4/8 TB?!?  Good question. As per Beelink, 2TB seems to be the limit and AMD doesn't say much.

Here's the link to AMD for Specs (AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX is code-named "Cezanne")
https://www.amd.com/en/products/apu/amd-ryzen-9-5900hx

I hope it helps!
