Beelink Mini PC SEI8 WON'T START

Purchased on Feb 12 2022 on Amazon.

Model: SEI8 i5-8279U

Problem:

Computer won’t turn on

When pressing power button, whileconnected to power, nothing happens (power LED stays off).

After pressing power button for severalseconds, the led blinks once. After pressing it again, the LED turns on but thecomputer still won’t start.

Already tried:

Clearing CMOS pressing CLR-CMOS buttonfor 5 seconds, while pc power was disconnected and connected.

Pressing power button for 20 secondswhile PC was disconnected from power.

Swapping power adapter with another one(from an identical mini pc of the same model)

The pc was in use for less than 8 months.Is it under warranty?

What can be done to fix it?

Please assist.

Don't worry, your PC is under warranty.
Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of the purchase recorrd.  Here is our email address Support-PC<Support-PC@bee-link.com>
There might be something wrong with the hard ware components.Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are installed properly.
