Hello,

I use SER3 Ryzen 7 3750H as my TV computer.  I recently buy an LG OLED TV and when I stream 4K or anything at or above 1080p60fps -- it can't keep up.  I thought it was just Firefox but Chrome and Edge do it too.

Anyone else experience the same?

Are you using WiFi or Ethernet?  With your ISP, what is your available bandwidth? (not total in the house but for the mini PC).

Hello there,

1. Please go to display setting and check if the refresh rate is 60Hz or not.
2. Please check the graphic driver version, if there is a yellow exclamation there, you need to update it.
3. Please right  Start----search---intel command center , then send us a picture of the general setting and the color setting .

Thank you so much for help.  Maybe it is fixed now.

I checked the display setting.  It was set (as pictured below).  When I turned it up to 60hz, the screen flickered and blinked.  Also the 1080p60hz video looked unnatural.

BUT the LG TV notified me that it made a change to the TV itself.  The message was fast and I didn't take a picture of what it said.

So I set the PC back to the setting in the picture.  Now 4K works.  What is strange is I cannot find video at 60fps on YouTube.  The YouTube channels that had it appear to no longer have it.  Weird.  I'll update this message when I find a channel with it.

I will also update what setting the TV changed automatically.

Humm... good!  You should also check if your LG SmartTV has an update pending ;-)
