I tried to update my Windows 11 on my U59 with Jasper Lake processor and Windows said I could not update my Windows 11 because the hardware was not compatible. Any ideas.

Hi Feaco,

1) Go to the Support page for U59
https://www.bee-link.com/cms/supprt/driverhardware?product_id=53
2) Get the "Reinstall System Tutorial" document
3) Get Windows 11 Pro (make sure to read the warning under Description)

In brief, (the reinstall system tutorial will say) get a Flash Drive, or external Drive with about 16GB of free space, then you download Windows 11 Pro, then Unzip the Windows Pro 11 on this Flash Drive (or external drive) but make sure the volume label is "WINPE" as the Beelink script counts on it!

Once you have your Flash Drive ready, reboot, hit <F7> and boot from your newly NTFS formated Windows 11 Pro media.

I hope it helps!

If you were trying to upgrade WIN11 to 22H2, I am having the same problem with my SEi11. The problem is an incompatible SST audio driver from Intel. OEMs are responsible for getting us the updated driver. I fear we may have a long time to wait.

Hi Feaco,

1) Go to the Support page for U59

Thank you rmalon59. I am a Mac user although my PC days go back to DOS1.1. I have not used Windows much lately since almost everything I do is on an IOS related device and it make sense to have my desktop a Mac. However, I do still use the PC some and I have dual systems with my PC being a Bee-Link (Which I like). In the How to install windows system PDF, it states to copy your system files to U disk... Unfortunately, I can't access or find my system files. I am the only user on this Bee-Link and I have not changed any system settings since getting it. How do I find system files.

Thanks

Frank

Feaco... by "system files" they mean "Windows 11 Pro Operating System".

Make sure to read the warning on the download page (to know if your machine can or cannot run Windows 11 Pro)... then, To get the .zip file, go to the support page for your machine, then get the Windows 11 Pro... you will have to unzip the file to a ~16GB NTFS formated Flash Drive then make sure the volume name is "WINPE".

I have decades of experience on Microsoft, UNIX/Linux OS and machines but absolutely 0 in regards to IOS. Now, how do you dual-boot IOS or Mac-Like OS with Windows 11... I can't help... although it is probably like dual-boot Windows and Linux.

I hope it helps.

I have made a boot disk and have followed the instructions to load Windows 11 Pro but the Bee-link will not go to the boot device menu interface. I am using a LogitechK850 keyboard and I think it is not recognizing the keyboard until it boots. I think I might need a hard wired USB keyboard. Any thoughts.

You have a good keyboard. It should work no problem with your mini PC. I'm using a $40 RF/USB keyboard bought on Amazon and it works like a charm.
Before trying a cabled USB keyboard... what about moving the wireless keyboard/mouse receiver to another port?
For some reasons, we may have to "reset" USB ports although it is probably not your case.

BUT... If you can boot your machine then I'm sure you can install/reinstall Windows 11 Pro then upgrade to 22H2. I am using the GTR5 5900HX but a mini PC is a mini PC after all.

The nedxt step is to find a way to start pressing <F7> or <DEL> as soon as power off the machine repeatildy until you get to the BIOS (<DEL>) or the Boot Manager (<F7>).

Let me know if you.

Have a great weekend.

Roger
