about bluetooth problem of the GTR 5900HX

My GTR 5900HX bluetooth wireless mouse and wireless keyboard can only be used normally if they are very close to the host box (1cm). If they are a little farther away(10cm), there will be delays and freezes. Is there any driver upgrade to improve this? what about the problem?

Are you using the latest RZ608 driver kit?

Both Bluetooth and 2.4GHz Wireless Technology function perfectly well for pairing a wireless keyboard and mouse with a computer. The range is consistent at about ~10 meters if not too much obstacles or interference.

My GTR5 has the RZ608 Bluetooth Adapter driver v1.824.0.169. I just tested my Bluetooth keyboard ~4 meters is fine (I have a small office)... I'm assuming ~10 meters would work.

Little bit more tests... I'm good up to ~20 meters. My bluetooth keyboard is an old model ~2013... Logitech Tablet Keyboard Y-R0034. I hope it helps.
