SR4 4700U boot problem

Hi have just recieved a SR4 4700U, device wont boot past splash screen into windows.

NVME ha sbeen re-seated but issue still occurs.  

I noticed in BIOS  - Advanced/NVME Configuration/DeviceSelf test

NVME passes short and extended test “Controller Option” but fails “Controller and NameSpace tests”

Is this normal?  Can others confirm pls?

1. Please go to BIOS and set the SSD as the first boot option
2.  Unplug the power supply and press the CMOS button for about 10 seconds and then plug it back.
3. Reseat the RAM and clean the contacts of the RAM with a rubber.
