Hi saaas78,

Is it your home electricity or the GTR5 powers off by itself few times a day?
Unfortunately, none of your pictures are available to see so I'm assuming the machine shuts down by itself.

So many things are possible i.e. Computer Overheating, Overclocking, Faulty Hardware, Bad Drivers , Viruses and Malware, Operating System Issues, Software Issues, Faulty Power Supply, Battery, or Charger or else…

An easy thing to try is to enter the BIOS and Reset all setting to factory default. If the problem persists, contact Beelink Support directly!

Regards,
R

Hi saaas78,

Hi ,,

There is no electricity in the house
The GTR is the one that cuts itself

1- The temperature of the device after monitoring it is considered good
2- I have never raised the frequency of the device
3- There is a malfunction in the device
4- I have not installed any bad software
5- The operating system is on the latest update and original version
6- Genuine antivirus installer with latest update
7- Device drivers are working properly
8- Wrong power supply none
9- The power adapter will be checked
A bios scan has been done, waiting for the result

Thanks for the notes
Have a good day

Hello there ,

1. Change another power supply.
2. The SSD or the RAM is loose, please take them out and put them back securely. And clean the contacts of the RAM with a rubber.
3.Unplug the power supply and press the CLR CMOS button for about 15 seconds, and restart the PC.
