I had the same problem, aux output became unavailable in Windows 11 and Linux Mint 22. How to make sure that there is no hardware problem?

Hello there,

Could both of you send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC ?
Does it work if you change another speaker ?

Thanks, but I may have another problem. I don't see an unidentified device and reinstalling the driver doesn't help. Linux OS also does not "see" the audio device
The device is not connected to the computer, it may be a hardware problem

The problem was in the cable... It's amazing how long it took to figure it out. U59 works great.

The U59 sound driver does not even show up under my device manager. All i see under sound is my Dell HD audio driver which is my Dell monitor with built in speaker. How do I fix that ?
