I just got the SER5 and for whatever reason, my WIFI is horrible.
On every other device my speed tests are reading 500 down...even my laptop right next to it...but the SER5 is maxing out at 20 down.
Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue?
Everything else that I bought it for seems to be working great, but this is a big issue for me.

Thanks in advance.

Did this work for anyone? I tried it, and no improvement on 2.4G. It always defaults to 2.4G, unless I disable it in device manager. Speedtest typically errors out with no internet connection. Continuous ping drops 3 out of every 4 packets.

Better on 5G, but download is still half of what I get on my ipad or phone sitting on top of it. Oddly the 5G upload seems fine.

I swapped the included card for an intel AX210, no problems after that in windows but linux doesn't recognise wifi after suspend.

I may just return mine. This seems to be a pretty common problem.

If you don't wanna return it just get a new wifi card mine was only 12eur and it works great, only problem I'm having is related to wake from suspend but that's not related to the wifi card.

Hi, I just bought a SER5 Pro 5700U. It seems that whenever I connect an external HDD/SSD via the USB 3.0 ports in the front, the wifi will lose internet connection. It could still detect the wifi, but no internet connectivity. My phones can still surf internet, so I believe it's not the router issue. Anyone able to advise?

HI there
Please try some solutions here :
1.CLR CMOS
First, please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable.
Secondly, Please hit the "CLR CMOS" button for about 10 seconds.
Please wait until 10 minutes later (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT),
Then plug the power supply and HDMI cable back in, turn on the PC again,
once turn on the PC,  you will need more than one minute to wait for the PC to enter the system.
See if it works.  Please try few more times.

2. Please uncheck the save energy in the device manager---universal serial bus controller--USB hub---properties--power management---uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power"
