I can't find any Beelink GT-King II on Aliexpress.

Do you know where is it possible to order Beelink GT-King II for Europe and when?

Is the high price normal? Or is it because it's hard to find?

To be delivered in Europe on Ebay it's minimum $250: $209 the TV box + $41 VAT (free delivery)
And again, customs fees are not taken into account and amount to approximately $40-50, which makes a final price of approximately $300.

Will the price drop in a few weeks when Beelink will restock the sales stores? Or is it really the price at which Beelink released its TV box?

I can't answer you that...
Only Beelink can!
But i can say for sure that is a totally different SoC much more powerful from the successfully S922...and maybe that explains the high price!
