Powers down after 3 hrs

Can anyone help? The unit shuts down automatically after 3 hrs. Ive went to system and instructed it to never sleep.

Hello ,

what is the SN on the bottom of the PC?
Is the fan working fine ? Does it overheat?
1.Please change another RAM.
2.Please change another power supply.
3.Please take out the RAM and SSD and then clean the contacts of RAM and SSD, and put them back securely.
