'Support' in here obviously non-existent as usual...... if you email them (support-PC@bee-link.com) and ask for the link to download the factory image they'll send you it..... please backup any data, as the image just boots from the USB and installs without any prompts - also remove any installed secondary drives before installing (mine installed on the 'D' drive and left the 'C' drive as it was!)
Note: The USB must have the volume label 'WINPE' or it throws an error and won't install......
