The ads claim this box can run a third display via the USB-C port. I've been unable to get this to work (tried using two separate USB-C to HDMI adapters, both of which work with other devices).
Has anyone succeeded in doing this? Is there a trick? Something you have to enable in Windows 11?
(Display settings only show the two displays plugged into the HDMI ports, and the 'Detect other displays' button finds nothing.)
Same issue I couldn't get the usb-c to work with a display. I could use it as a data port. The problem I have now is I plugged in a usb-c monitor to test it again and the device shutdown and with not boot.
What BIOS do you have? I have 60+ of these in the filed and the ones with ALASKA - 1072009 - FP55A304 - American Megatrends - 5000E do not work but the ones with ALASKA - 1072009 - SER106 - American Megatrends - 5000E do work.
