3200U BlueTooth no longer working

Bluetooth devices no longer connect.
Formerly connected devices show under Bluetooth & devices setting indicates paired but not working. Bluetooth no longer shows in the Windows taskbar. Not showing the "turn on/off" Bluetooth... just wireless and flight mode.
any ideas...

I am having the same issue as this person, but just bought the device Friday. My bluetooth speaker will pair but not connect. I have followed a ton of tutorials on YouTube to try to figure it out but no luck. I did download the drivers from the beelink website, but don't know where to put them. On the tutorial you listed, it tells you to add them to the "unknown device" in device manager, but the problem is on my computer, there is no "unknown device" in device manager. Can you tell me where I would put them if there is no "unknown device"?
