We are having a problem where the GTR4 will randomly restart, but when it does, it goes straight to the BIOS screen. When we try to exit without changes, the PC will restart and come back to the BIOS. When this happens it looks like the Boot sequence screen is not showing the hard disk as an available boot option. I suspect the PC enters the BIOS because it's not seeing the hard disk and thus not booting to Windows 11. Could there be an issue with the hard drive or the Hard drive connection?
The workaround so far has been to unplug the power cord for a few seconds, then plug it back in. This seems to get the PC to boot properly, but this is not a suitable long-term solution. When the PC boots without issue the hard disk can be seen as an available boot option.
Any ideas?
