I recently received the U59 which I think is a great little box.  However reading the specs online it says it can support 4K@60Hz 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz via the HDMI outputs.  I cannot get mine to work and the monitor at this resolution flicks off and on occassionally but is not stable.  Using the USB-C port works but I need to use HDMI as published.

Could you confirm whether this is a faulty U59 or in fact it does not support what was written on the website?

Thank you.
Update: I swapped some cables around.  I changed what I beleive is a high quality but short HDMI cable for a cheaper but longer cable.  At the moment two diplays are working, one stable at 3840x2160@60Hz (now with cheap cable) and the other 1920 x 1080@60Hz.  Awaiting a second 3840x2160 monitor so can double check both are supported at the same time.

Would a short cable potentially cause this issue?  The cable does seem to work with other monitors.

Update:I watched a few YOUTUBE 4K videos and the display started to cut out (black display) for about 4 seconds during the play.  It is as if the display driver simply cannot cope.  Once I stopped viewing video it stabalised again.

My question therefore remains - is this a fauly unit I should return or the hardware isn't up to the job?

Since I have had no reply I have no option but to return the unit to amazon for a refund and I will have to use an alternative supplier.  What a shame support lets down perhaps a good product.
