Hi,

I have an issue with SEI8 on ubuntu linux 21.10.
I'm unable to use two hdmi screens.
I try to use previous 20.4 ubuntu version without any succes.

On windows 10, no issue. The two screens are perfecly working.

I have no sound but i find a solution thru an external USB sound card.

Thank's to the support.
The issue is now solved.

To have two screens on ubuntu linux, you have to boot into EFI mode.

Same issue with the 20.04 version than that the 21.10.

Only one screen is working

The two screens are identical (iiyama prolite X2483HSU)/

Hi,

As support said, i upgrade the ubuntu kernel version to 5.15.13-051513-generic witch is the latest one.
No change, still one screen.

Is someone have another idea ?
