Auto Power On for Sei8 8279U

Hello:

I emailed the support email earlier but also wanted to ask here to help others. I have the SEi8 with 8279U on board (10 of them to be exact, which will be distributed to different physical locations throughout our Enterprise. Product # is SEi8V4-G-165112810W64PRO.

I do see Auto Power On enabled in the BIOS, but after enabling it and upon reboot the function is set back to off. My understanding is that I'll need to flash some firmware, but I do not where to locate the firmware (although I did find the manual here).
