How Do you update to ver8 bios

I downloaded the file and I extracted tnhe file. Which file do you click on next. There are several files you can choose. There is a F.bat file and several exe files to choose from. Which file do you select. I do not want to damage my PC. Please Help.

As far as I know there is only one file when decompressing, there is no loss, error or mistake.

You extract all the files of the ver008 bios on bee-link site after download using WINRAR or 7-ZIP and then after the extract t0 you go to the folder and click on AfuWin64.bat file and the flash of the ver008 bios will start.
