Internal hard drives

I have installed 2 hard drives in my GS King. Is there any way in which I can rename them to something which is more user friendly ?

Hello, you can connect the drive to PC for name change, you can't change the drive name in Android.

Thank you for your reply. However, I had initialized and formatted the drives as portable media. Windows is now unable to see the hard drives. Any further suggestions?

If the Windows system cannot recognize this file system format, you can use some tools to identify it. You can search for your file system format.

How though is USB cable connected to the pc not gonna work or you have to use SMB and WIFI?

You can install the drive in your PC to read data, or use an external drive caddy to connect to your PC
