Hello,
On my external speaker (or headphones) connected to the HP/Mic audio jack at the end of the sound broadcast, there is an unpleasant click even when the volume is at zero.
- This problem occurs as much with the system sounds as with the VLC audio player for example
- This does not happen with a speaker over Bluetooth or HDMI.
- It has always done so.
- I installed the latest ES8336 driver available on the Beelink website
- It looks more like a hardware problem.
Sincerely
FB
In a last attempt, I uninstalled and deleted ESAuDriver in the device manager and shut down the PC.
When I restarted the sound worked correctly.
The driver is older (version 13.59.38.240 20/01/2021) instead of 09/04/2021.
Hoping that the problem is solved and that the next update does not disturb.
Sincerely.

can you send me some data to my email?
1. The screenshot you bought at the time
2. The problematic video
3. SN code on the back of the machineor warranty service for you.
Try grounding the computer! Unscrew one of 4 screws on bottom, wrap a wire around the screw and just slightly screw it back in! Connect other end of wire to cold water pipe! If click goes away, you have a ground problem! Could be a bad plug! (audio plug that is) Other things possible, hope UR under warranty!
