At present, we have found the problem of OTA update, there are a few important points to notify
1. Now users who have successfully refreshed to the latest firmware via USB or SD card, please note that your next firmware update needs to be completed by burning the firmware via USB or SD card instead of OTA, otherwise the black screen will appear next time.
Or you can re-flash the normal 919P0 firmware so that you can update it via OTA in the future
We will release the normal 919P0 firmware before next week
2. For users who have a black screen due to OTA update, please use a USB cable or SD card to burn the previous(GTKING 912P0/GTKING PRO910P0) firmware
If you use the USB cable to burn and the PC cannot recognize the machine, please note that
You need to connect the USB3.0 port of the PC and TV box by USB cable
You need a short USB cable
You can uninstall the tool and install it again
You can change a PC to burn it
The USB cable has a higher burning success rate
