Beelink,

Using your incomplete instructions, I could not restore my B922 to 919 but have restored to 912 (losing all my apps, settings and data).

Can you please advise when it will be safe to upgrade to 919 using OTA?

Otherwise, can I use the local upgrade app which is pre-installed on the box?

Sorry to waste your precious time,   can you describe the problem more clearly so we can check the  reason as soon as possible.  I noticed that  the forum user Pinkopallino has burned the 919P0 firmware successfully.

before we release 919P0.img ota firmware, we tested many times, all is ok. so the problem may random appear, who can describe the phenomenon of the bootloop problem,  better to record video for three minutes. Thank you for all of you and sorry to make trouble.

Hi there
Sorry for the inconvenience caused
Did you burn the 912P0 directly through the USB cable? Did you fail to burn 919P0 via USB?
When you burned the 919P0, have you changed from normal erase to erase all at the right side of the USB burning tool
