GTR-PRO Bricked

I made a change in the bios, to first boot from usb-key, I have an efi able boot usb drive, I also changed the boot device support to efi, from old style bios drivers.

Plugged in my usb stick, which worked on other computers, and still does.

Nothing happens the thing does not even post to the screen any more. I had never taken it appart, support had me open it and clean the memory contacts.
But I think the Bios/EFI is bad some how. They also had me hold the bios reset for 5 seconds. made no difference at all.

I Picked it up on kikck starter and its not that old, I have been running Mint 20 on it untill I wanted to boot from a usb-stick........

They told me to contact the seller.... well they were the seller...

So Do they have an actual support group I can talk to on the phone, Does anyone here know what I might try, I am a little upset
And feel a little let down by the lack of support shown me, around this device.

Any help would be greatfuly accepted!

Hello, i think the support team have just come back from vacation, please for sometime and do drop them an email so they can follow up with you directly instead of this thread.

I have been using manjaro linux on it since i recieved it plus we have a working fingerprint driver for it already. I have flashed multiple os on it for testing and it never got bricked so maybe its something other then the bios can you try to clean the ram and put it back if you have some experience of cleaning pc.
