Noisy Fan

The Fan is more or less running all the tine, very noisy and this is distrurbing.... I am not playing game or watching videos, just basic office works. Any set up to downgrade the performance hence less noise.

It is correct it is a very noisy pc.
Is there an alternative to change the fan? For example, placing a Noctua fan, which would imply a major modification, I prefer to assume this change to having such an annoying equipment.
